The Tools They Need
The Next Generation Leader program (Nx Gen) is a program designed to prepare girls in grades 6 – 8 to transition into healthy, independent teens. The curriculum focuses on character and leadership development. Topics include healthy relationships, character development, peer pressure, conflict resolution, and civic engagement. The services provided enhance strong interpersonal and life skills to help the girls build better futures and avert risky behavior. The girls also engage in community service activities.

The workshops are led by professionals and subject matter experts passionate about our mission to prepare our girls for a life of bold success.
Virtual Sessions:
The virtual workshop sessions are led by Regina “Sunshine” Robinson, Empowerment Coach, Talk Show Host, and Speaker. Regina is also the author of two books and is a contributor to “Chicken Soup for the Soul: Curvy & Confident.” In 2020, her Awesome Girl organization was recognized on the floor of the Georgia House of Representatives for its work in the community and its impact on the lives of Georgia girls.
